
This is my first recipe post. Once i thought cooking was very tough but not really . Lets go for the today recipe chicken kulambu . This is a non veg dish which my mom makes every sunday in my house. The combination of Idly and this would be awesome. Let list out the stuff we need to make this dish.
1)1 kg chicken
2)Onion 3
3)Tomato 2
4)Chicken Masala
5)Ginger garlic Paste 1 table spoon each
6)turmeric powder
7)salt and oil
Steps to follow
1)Cut the chicken pieces into medium size and mix the 2tablespoon chicken masala and ginger garlic paste and a pinch of turmeric powder, marine heat for half an hour.
2)In the mean time cut the onions and tomato. pour some oil in the pan and fry the onion first till it becomes brown and then add the tomatoes and fry it for another 3 min. Make the fine paste out of that.
3)Now add some oil in the pan and put the marine heated chicken in that. Add some Chili powder if you need more spicy. Now fry this for some time 2 to 4 min then add the onion and tomato paste we make. Pour some water and cook for half an hour.
4) Just add some coriander leaf for fine smell
5)After half an hour things are done and ready to serve.
